Yes I'm aware it's basically March...So?

Yeah yeah I know..... It's way past Valentine's Day but I made a some what cute craft for it and definitely don't want to wait another year to post about it... Plus I had no idea what to post about since I haven't been able to do much from my little broke rib thing:( So here I bring to you a cute little Valentine craft from my lovely couch;) Haha, sorry for the lame post, I promise to do better! "We can't stop.... and we won't stop."

PARTYIN' that is.... So here is the deal I love love love oh and wait more love to throw parties, decorate for them, cook for them, pretty much anything. I hate, however; being the center of attention so I try to just be the party planner type;) I haven't done tons of parties or anything real big but I thought since I didn't want to go for a sappy blog post tonight I would go with the opposite, that's better right..? Well for now at least...;) Anyway here are a couple pictures from parties that I have had the honor of doing... Enjoy!

I made this cake for my sister's 16th Birthday, took hours but it was the first... Haha!

It's the little things...

It's a hug from someone you love. It's that one person who can hold you, and even if it only makes it ok for a minute, all the sad, worry, and stresses go away. It's having kids hug your leg because they are too tiny to reach any higher. It's a smile. It's a sweet note or text. It's a loving look. It's the four little girls that have changed my life for better. It's the late night talks with them. It's the lunch dates. It's the cuddling. It's the seven year old girl running to hold my hand. It's the little kids I make smile and laugh at work. It's laughing so hard my stomach hurts. It's the way you know I am not ok. It's the way all of this makes me smile. It's all the little things... Things I could write pages and pages about. Those; all those little things, they matter. Life is hard and sometimes we forget how much those little things matter.... But to me, well they mean the world. More than anyone will ever know. It's the little things...

One down...

So as I said earlier I'm an assistant for an outdoor photography place and love it, but I am really trying to just have fun and take pictures on my spare time, cause well I love it and it's fun;) 

A couple Saturdays ago I grabbed my cute "sister" and her friend and headed up to SLC for some fun. As we drove up there the rain just got worse and by the time we arrived it was a full on downpour..... Not wanting to give up we thought why not hit the Library, sounds silly I know but oh my so much fun! As we were taking pictures inside we spotted this AMAZING graffiti wall and knew we had to use it, even if it was pouring. And yes we did hold a grocery bag over my camera just to get the shot;) It was freezing and finding the wall after leaving the Library was a lot more difficult than it should have been. Anyway to say the least we got some cute pictures, headed to Starbucks for some deliciously, warm food:) and edited away. As I said I am no pro but it was fun and great practice, So here you go.. New Years.....Late Resolution!!!

Hey there!
My name is Alex, which is short for Alexandra but it's sooooo long so I always went by Alex; however, Alex is a boy name hence the blog is Elle, which is my middle name.... Anyway now that, that is covered I wanted to start a blog, obviously as a New Year Resolution but that never happened... So here we are, better late then never though! 

I'm an assistant at a photography studio and would love to get into videography, I also love working out, fashion, and eating healthy, so this blog is going to be just that and all of thee above;) I hope you enjoy and I promise to try to write more then 4 times a week, maybe one day I'll be able to write everyday... Haha it's a work in progress;)
