Meet Morgan...

I wasn't going to post until tomorrow but then I realized how long it had been and also the fact that I did have to finish up some Cyber shopping;)
Christmas is coming and I am not even half way done.. UGH!!! I always feel like every year I want to do fun Christmas things and be with friends and family and yet I get sucked into every free moment I have is spent shopping for gifts or sleeping from exhaustion... It's definitely my most busy time of year!
Hopefully I will be able to get most of my Christmas done as soon as possible and enjoy the Christmas part;)
So my cute Morgan has started a fashion blog of all her cute outfits and what not, it is going to be an everything blog, I believe, but with just a tad more fashion into it! I love it and her and have obviously taken tons of pictures of her over the years and told her anytime she wanted pictures for her blog, or anything for that matter, that I would love to do them. It gives her super cute pictures and more practice for me!
We headed up American Fork canyon to take pictures at Tibble Fork Reservoir the day before Thanksgiving to catch some of the snow, we got up at 7:30am and boy was it freezing cold! I have wanted to shoot there for, forever and have some fun shoots I will be doing up there for fun and what not (and then obviously post on the blog). So with those shoots coming I wanted to go look and test it out, IT WAS PERFECT... I loved it and how they turned out... So here is my cute Morgan, her blog is A Fashion Paige and here are some pictures!

Minnie Mouse.

Ella was thee cutest little Minnie Mouse I have ever seen. I was lucky enough to go get her ready and then snap some super cute pictures of her before she went off to school on Halloween... Yes I know Halloween was forever ago but I blog when I blog;) Haha! I also have a super fun Disney Fantasy shoot that will be done and up soon, don't you worry;) Anyway for now here is thee cutest Minnie Mouse in the world!

Camera Shy has been Frozen over...

I think in the last post I said that I had started working as a photographer at a studio called Camera Shy, in Lehi. It's been rewarding, challenging, fun, and most of all a huge learning experience. Even since the last time I shot to what I shoot now, and it's been all of maybe 5 months, I can see huge differences and I love it. It will always have ups and downs but there's something incredible, and that's not even the perfect word to describe it, but when you find a job that isn't just a job and it becomes a career that you can see yourself loving forever it's pretty cool. 

So on that note, we obviously got to dress up for Halloween, because who wouldn't want to duh! ;) My cute little second mom spent hours and hours, probably more like days and days, on my seriously incredible costume. It turned out way better then I could have ever imagined and she sewed the WHOLE thing it was seriously perfect though! You could say I was just a tad happy ;) Haha! We will be taking more pictures in the Winter with it for sure! Something to make Winter a little better, boo Winter! Anyway, we had some photographers take pictures of all of us and one of them took some just of my character at Camera Shy, if you want some seriously cute pictures go there!

Summer Fever '14

So no I didn't blog on Sunday.... So sorry! Normally I would try to blog any free second I got and then it become mostly Sundays because it was easiest... and now it's like every free second I am getting I crash from being exhausted!!! I am now shooting real sessions and am constantly tired, have bruises covering both my knees and exhausted arms from lifting lights and kids, shooting is way harder than I ever thought it would be but I have had a few rewarding moments, and am constantly learning however I pray that there will be more good, rewarding moments, else this studio thing may not be my thing;) Haha anyway.....

I wanted to do a huge recap of Summer but that would require going through a BILLION photos so I am kind of just going to post random things here and there and hopefully get us caught up on a week to week or day to day post. Hopefully?!

So first thing I would love to post is..... The fact that I got to take Morgan's cute Homecoming pictures!!! Although nothing turned out the way I wanted it to and I thought the pictures would be horrible they turned out okay, not photography picture great or even near to it but for the time of day, lack of a good camera, and no time it was decent! Here are just a few of my favorites. Also I have started to use a name for my own photography, Elle Photography soooo yeeeaaahhh;)

I got to do this GORGEOUS girls make-up, she had some eyelash extensions so we couldn't put mascara on but her eye make-up is gorgeous!!!

First and for most, apologies are in order for how horrible I have been at keeping a freaking blog... Hee sorry!!! Between job hunting, getting sick, and the fact that it was summer things have been really crazy. Soooo with that being said I will be blogging more and also will update everything that Summer has brought!!! Graduation

So sorry I haven't posted in who knows how long, my sister was close to not graduating and then when she found out like two weeks before graduation that she would be graduating, she wanted to do some senior pictures.....

She decided this on Tuesday (two weeks before;) and we shot Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.... and went from the Salt Flats to Provo, and everything in between. As stressful and crazy as everything was and the fact that we made her cards at 2:30AM!!! They looked pretty good and the latest anyone got them was two days before the graduation and they lived in Cali. All the people that were coming and in Utah got them a soon as two days after we got them out, which was a week before her ceremony so let's just say the final result was good;) in between I think we wanted to kill each other;)

Anyway, here are only a few of her Senior pictures and then some of her card and the graduation!

Had to learn some new talents trying to do this with sparklers, I will be doing this more to say the least;) LOVE IT!!
