Graduation

So sorry I haven't posted in who knows how long, my sister was close to not graduating and then when she found out like two weeks before graduation that she would be graduating, she wanted to do some senior pictures.....

She decided this on Tuesday (two weeks before;) and we shot Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.... and went from the Salt Flats to Provo, and everything in between. As stressful and crazy as everything was and the fact that we made her cards at 2:30AM!!! They looked pretty good and the latest anyone got them was two days before the graduation and they lived in Cali. All the people that were coming and in Utah got them a soon as two days after we got them out, which was a week before her ceremony so let's just say the final result was good;) in between I think we wanted to kill each other;)

Anyway, here are only a few of her Senior pictures and then some of her card and the graduation!

Had to learn some new talents trying to do this with sparklers, I will be doing this more to say the least;) LOVE IT!!

From my phone so the quality is not great, but there is the front of her card.

The back of her card;)

Our little family...

Happy {late} Mother's Day

Mannnnnn! I seriously have been laking on my blogging, I know it sounds lame but it is so hard to remember to blog all the time. I promise one day I will get there, ONE DAY! Hahaha. Anyway so here is to my late Mother's Day post.... ;)

I just wanted to take a little post and write about all the moms that have changed my life forever, big and small. I obviously can't write every single little thing they have and continue to do for me but know I love all of you and Happy Mother's Day!

First is to my cute little friends, being a mom is hard and having your first kid is even harder! Makira and Lynsdi started off as co-workers and fun ones for sure! Working at a photography studio where you make weird noises and silly faces for a living gets you to know people really well, real quick;) Can't say I regret it though, these two are some of the cutest new mommies and best of friends! So Happy Mother's Day to you two cuties!!!

Second is to my amazing aunts Kellie and Carri, even though Carri lives forever away and we miss her and the family all the time, she still has been an amazing mom to her three girls and I look up to her and all she does for them. They are very active girls and she is always cheering and posting on their accomplishments, I LOVE IT! She is truly amazing! Kellie lives close so I get to see them often, and love it! She has four kids, 3 are boys and boys are sometimes really hard;) She is always there for them and I have witnessed over and over again the love she has for each and everyone of them, you can see it in the way she looks at them. It is just so amazing! I have always wanted a relationship like that, but unfortunately I wasn't given that. As hard as things have been not having that it has made me who I am and I am always looking at moms with awe because I think they are simply just amazing! I have no doubt that seeing amazing moms like these two will help me to be a great mom some day. I know I don't express things very well but I do love you both and look up to you more than you will ever know, thank you for being the amazing moms you are:)

And last but not least was a Young Women leader that made me who I am today and helped me to accomplish things I never knew were possible. Life is hard and for the longest time I was alone or felt alone, and sometimes I thought that was the way it was supposed to be or that, that was the roll I was supposed to play, be strong and don't cry. You have to be the one that is there for everyone else... well it isn't and I can't thank her enough for loving me like her own, for being the shoulder to cry on, for listening to me whine, for teaching me to cook better than I could ever image, and take care of kids like they are my own. The list could go on but most of all she taught me that I can love and I can be loved. There is no greater thing than when kids love you so much that they run to your side to hold your hand as you get out of the car, her littlest always did that (still does) and I never, ever knew I could care for someone so much it literally hurt how much I loved that little girl as well as the other 3. Those four girls changed my life for the better and I never knew it was possible to care or love anyone as my own and yet every time I get to see them I love them more. I assume that's how it feels to be a mom, to hurt when they hurt, to catch yourself smiling when they are telling you a happy story about their day, and so on. And I have her to thank for that among so many other things, sometimes I feel just saying "thank you for all and everything you do, I love you" is just not enough for all you have done for me.... but it's all I got;) but it's also very, very true!

That goes for you all, I feel like thank you isn't enough, saying I love you all isn't enough and I wish I could do more for such amazing moms. But thank you, thank you for being the amazing moms you all are:) I do, love you all very much....

Time to get creative... Bleh

So I have been eating these protein bars, called Quest Bars, forever now and have got to the point where eating them is like pulling teeth! They have very low carbs, I think the most is like 5 or 6. No sugar, YAY! And a billion flavors!!! I get them at the Vitamin Shoppe because I get points but they are cheapest at Good Earth so when I'm low on money that's where I go;) haha!

I needed a new way to eat them lately because it's like all I eat, I hate diets! So I started to research and found that some people have made like meals out of them, the one I decided to try today was a crunch cereal using the cookies and cream bar.

So here's some pictures with the recipe or lack of, haha they are more like instructions;)

Here is what the bar looks like:)

Then you cut the bar up, you are supposed to have baking paper under them but I didn't have any, bake at 350 degrees for four minutes. Take them out and try your best to flip them all over then put them back in for another four minutes.

Here's what they looked like when I took them out to flip them:) looks good huh?!

My small little bowl, then add milk. I used unsweetened original almond milk because there is no sugar and like 30 calories!!!

This kind is my favorite:) and TADA! Hope you enjoy, if you try it;)
